Himsagar Mangoes, normally available during May-June Widely considered as the best mango. Ripped Himsagar mangoes were peeled and cut. Blended the pieces using a blender. Poured the mango into a thick-bottomed pan cooked it over low heat for around 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently. Greased a flat tray or a baking sheet and poured the mango mixture onto the tray and spread it out evenly. The tray was placed at a warm, dry place in the sun to dry naturally. It look a day or two for the mango to dry completely. Stored the Aam Sotto in an airtight container at room temperature.
